Protecting the privacy of our clients and users of our site(s) is important to Kinetix. This Privacy Policy describes how we use and protect information you provide to us.

Kinetix is not responsible for any interception or interruption of any communications through the Internet or for changes to or losses of data. Access to and use of password protected and/or secure area of any Kinetix site is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized access to such areas is prohibited and may lead to a civil action and/or criminal prosecution.

For each visitor to our public web site, our web server automatically recognizes only the consumer’s domain name, but not the email address (where possible).

We collect only the domain name, the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on pages consumers access or visit, and user-specific information on pages where information is volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is for internal use only, for improving the content of our website, and may be used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. We do not sell or allow third parties to use the names or other information we collect.
